What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry or tender through our contact form, we collect your name, company name, phone number, email address and the details of your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and manage any work that follows. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where a contract follows, on the performance of that contract. This website is hosted by Wix.com, which stores form submissions on our behalf and uses cookies to run the site and measure visits.
How long we keep it and your rights
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them for the purposes above, and we never sell your information. Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing dom@rjmcivilengineering.com.
